13th Annual Beach Bash and Volleyball Tournament for Alzheimer's Friday & Saturday, July 17th and 18th, 2009

Registration: " $40.00 per person before April 1, 2009"
$45.00 per person April 1 - May 1, 2009
$50.00 per person after May 1st up to deadline.

Ages 5-13: $15.00, Younger than 5: FREE.
(Child prices do NOT include shirt)

Note: Persons under 21 will not be permitted in bar after 10:00pm for evening entertainment. (Jimmy Parrish & the Ocean Waves Band, John Frinzi Band)

Deadline: June 1, 2009 or 225 registrants, whichever comes first.
